The journey has started and it feels good. Two major days of driving are behind me and I’ve been through 11 states: ME, NH, MA, CT, NY, NJ, PA, WV, VA, TN, and NC. Wow. That’s about 20 hours of driving because I wanted to get south so I could put water in the van, which makes camping much nicer - warm showers in the morning!
The audio above is a podcast with my reflections thus far. Please listen and let me know if anything resonates.
I also want to share some images for those who are not on social media.
This is my morning view on a rainy day in PA.
Followed by a lunch stop in Virginia on my way south. It felt good to be in the warmth - 71 degrees!
I drove through a few storms and yet light always seems to be shining through. Even the crack in my windshield, from ice off an uncleared car on the 495 in MA, is shaped like a smile and luckily not leaking, or obstructing my view.
On a walk along a pond, there were several trees ready to “go” from a very busy beaver. It felt appropriate to be reminded that even beavers take breaks.
And finally for today, reflections from the pond in Hungry Mother State Park. You can hear in my audio above, the name of this park also felt appropriate. We are designed to be hungry. What if we focused our attention on feeling that we have enough? That everything we truly need is inside and in every beautiful human in our circles. Together, as a collective of beings, is our path forward. And in alignment with mother nature. She has always been here for us. The trees breathe in what we breathe out, and we breathe in what they breathe out.
Sending love and light.

I could here the birds in the background of your audio at the end during the breath. What a gift 🎁
